What do we collect?

We collect certain information from you in order to process your order. We require your name, address, zip code, email address, and payment information. We will never transfer the information that we collect from you to third parties, unless required to by law.

What do we divulge?

We will never transfer the information that we collect from you to third parties, unless required to do so by law. If served with a subpoena, search warrant, or court order, we would be compelled to provide the required information. We may or may not provide you with the existence of the subpoena, search warrant or court order, or with advance notice of our compliance.

What do we track?

We do track certain general usage pattern information, like Your Time Zone, Refering Site, Internet Service Provider and a IP Address. This information is used in aggregate form (mass information to show trends and patterns) to improve the Site and to help with search engine utilization. This information is only retained for last 100 individual visits.

We do not link IP addresses to information identifying individuals. However, we do log IP addresses (the group of four numbers separated by periods, such as 123.45.67.89, that identifies a particular host computer) for the purposes of system administration, diagnostic analysis, and site tracking.

What about "cookies"?

We do not use "Cookie" technology on our site, but two linking websites do collect "cookies" from our sites. They are PayPal.com(our payment site) & WunderGround.com(our weather display site). Please see their site "Privacy Policy". We do not use the "cookies"!

What about security?

We have advanced security measures in place to protect the loss, theft, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We protect your information by placing it on a Secure Site, PayPal.com. We are only given shipping information by PayPal and it is purged as soon as your purchase is shown delivered by USPS Delivery Confirmation. While it is our goal to safeguard personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information (shipping Information, only) that Paypal transmits to us. While we do take steps to limit them, our systems, like all computers, are susceptible to "hackers" and others who illegally seek and gain access to information stored on the computers' hard drives and other memory storage devices.

How will I know if this policy has changed?

Any modifications to our privacy practices will be reflected first within this area of our site. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, we will indicate on our site that our privacy practices have changed and provide a link to the new privacy statement.

Use of this site and the act of submitting personal information signifies acceptance of Our Privacy Guidelines.
